Place gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes. Rinse them thoroughly and squeeze out excess water.
Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
Gently heat the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla bean, and its contents. Remove from heat, discard the vanilla bean, and stir in the gelatin. Pour the mixture into six small molds or glasses. Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
In a food processor, combine thawed raspberries, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, then strain.

This Panna cotta is so easy to make, it taste amazing as well!
Perhaps you could benefit from some more kitchen practice before expressing any concerns Karen? This dish is quite straightforward to prepare unless, of course, you’re 8 years old, in which case it might pose a challenge.
