Beat the Eggs: In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Combine Eggs and Tomato Mixture: Pour the beaten eggs over the tomato mixture in the pan. Let them set for a minute before stirring gently to combine.
Add Feta and Serve: Once the eggs are nearly set, sprinkle crumbled feta and oregano over the top. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat. Serve hot with crusty bread.
